My current soffits are wood. Can you replace them with aluminum?

Yes, this is our most common upgrade. We can remove the old plywood or wood slats, ensure the intake vents are open, and install maintenance-free aluminum soffit.

Why do I need vented soffit?

Without intake ventilation at the eaves, the hot air in your attic (which escapes through roof vents) has nowhere to be replaced from. This creates a vacuum or stagnant heat, leading to baked shingles in summer and ice dams in winter.

Does fascia replacement include gutters?

Not necessarily, but it is the best time to replace them. Since gutters are attached to the fascia, we have to take them down anyway. Installing new seamless gutters along with new fascia ensures a perfect, leak-free system.
